No more crowded waiting areas.

QGO turns any counter into a smart digital queue. Customers scan a QR code, take a number on their own phone, and get alerted when their turn is near. No app to download, no ticket machine, no extra hardware.

Made for places where people wait

Government offices, clinics and hospitals, banks and post offices, restaurants, food courts, salons, repair shops, pop-up events — anywhere a line forms at a counter.

Customers wait anywhere

Instead of standing in line, customers can sit down, grab a coffee or run an errand. Their phone shows how many people are ahead and roughly how long it will take.

Staff call with one tap

Call the next number, recall someone who missed their turn, or let QGO call automatically at a pace you choose.

Owners see what happens

See how many people were served today, how many missed their number, and the average pace at each window.

How it works

Setting up takes a few minutes, and everything runs in the browser.

For customers

  1. Scan the QR code at the entrance or counter.
  2. Get a number instantly and see how many people are ahead of you.
  3. Turn on alerts. QGO plays a sound, reads your number out loud and keeps your screen awake so you don't miss your turn.

For stores

  1. Open QGO and go to Settings: add your store name and your service windows.
  2. Print or display each window's QR code at the counter, where customers can see it.
  3. On the PIN-protected staff screen, tap “Call next”. QGO moves the queue forward and alerts that customer — or switch on automatic calling.

Features

Everything a small business needs to run a fair, calm queue.

No download for customers

Customers use the browser on their own phone. Nothing to install, no sign-up, no personal details.

Wait times that learn

Estimates start from a sensible default and then learn from the real pace of each window, so they get more accurate every day.

Turn alerts

Sound, spoken announcements and notifications tell customers when their number is close, even if they look away from the screen.

People, tables or orders

Set each window to call people, restaurant tables or food orders. Wording on every screen changes to match.

Shared queue mode

Bank-style: everyone takes a number from one line and QGO sends each person to the next free counter.

Automatic calling

Let QGO call the next number at a fixed interval, and still adjust, skip or recall by hand at any time.

Waiting-room display

Open the display screen on a TV or tablet so everyone in the room can see the number being called.

PIN-protected staff screens

Staff and admin screens are locked behind a PIN that the owner can change in settings.

16 languages

Frequently asked questions

Do customers need to install an app?

No. Customers scan the QR code and their number opens in the phone's browser. An Android app, coming soon to Google Play, is optional and adds push notifications.

How does QGO estimate the waiting time?

QGO measures how long each number actually takes at a window and updates the estimate as the day goes on. Once a window has learned its pace, the estimate is marked “Based on actual pace”.

What if a customer misses their number?

Staff can mark the number as passed and recall it later. The customer's screen shows that they were passed and tells them when they are being called again.

Can I use QGO for restaurant tables or takeaway orders?

Yes. Each window can be set to people, tables or orders, and the wording on the customer and staff screens follows that setting.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser works. You can print the QR codes on regular paper.

What information does QGO collect?

Only what the queue needs: ticket numbers and calling status, plus the store settings entered by the owner. QGO does not ask customers for their name, email or phone number. Read the privacy policy for details.

How do I cancel a Pro subscription?

If you subscribed on the website, cancel it in your PayPal account. If you subscribed in the Android app, cancel it under Subscriptions in the Google Play Store. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
